Roles & Responsibilities

职位概述

The Lead Firmware Designer will be responsible for providing technical leadership to a firmware team to receive transferred firmware technology and establish an ongoing development capability to produce sophisticated protection, control and automation equipment to manage the electric power grid.

主管固件工程师将领导固件设计团队，负责接收技术转移的固件技术部分，并建立针对电网的可靠的保护、控制及自动化设备的持续研发能力。

Main Responsibilities主要职责

• Become expert on the firmware of the transferred product technology

• 快速学习并掌握在技术转移中引进的产品与技术

• Lead a firmware team in establishing a comprehensive development capability to support ongoing design and sustaining engineering activities

• 领导固件团队建立全面的研发能力，支持持续设计和工程改进

• Create high level firmware specifications and effort estimates for required product enhancements

• 创建高水平固件设计规范和预估产品升级

• Lead the implementation of firmware design and ongoing life cycle support changes

• 领导完成新算法的设计和产品全生命周期持续改进支持

• Create the firmware test strategy for new or modified features

• 为产品新增和改进功能创建固件测试策略

• Identify opportunities for product quality, performance and feature improvements

• 确认产品的质量、性能及功能改进

Qualifications Required:

• More than 5 years of relevant embedded firmware design experience

• 超过5年相关的嵌入式固件设计经验

• More than 2 years of design team leadership experience

• 超过2年的设计团队的领导经验

• Extensive experience with object oriented designs and C++

• 面向对象和C++的设计经验

• Familiarity with C/C++ language

• 精通C/C++语言开发

• Large system hard-RTOS experience. VxWorks and PowerPC preferred.

• 大型硬式实时系统（Hard-RTOS）环境开发经验，VxWorks和PowerPC优先

• Experience embedded system programming PowerPC, ARM, DSP, Vxworks, Linux, ucos

• 具PowerPC, ARM,DSP,Vxworks, Linux, ucos等嵌入式系统编程经验

• Hardware device driver development experience.

• 硬件设备驱动研发经验

• Communication protocol design experience. TCP/IP and SCADA protocol experience (Modbus, IEC104, IEC61850) preferred

• 通信规约开发经验。TCP/IP和SCADA规约开发经验（Modbus、IEC104、IEC61850）优先

• Digital signal processing and algorithm design experience preferred

• 数字信号处理和算法设计经验

• Experience developing commercial products for industrial applications.

• 工业应用产品的研发经验。

• Knowledge of electrical power systems and familiarity with automation products and protective relays preferred

• 掌握电力系统知识。熟悉自动化产品和保护继电器优先

• Degree or equivalent in Computer or Electronic Engineering

• 计算机或电子工程专业大学本科

• Excellent English language fluency, oral and written. Comfortable with technical discussions in English.
