Primary Responsibilities-主要职责

• Design the firmware architecture ensuring integrity throughout the product line

设计适用于整个产品线的完整的固件架构

• Maintain firmware quality through development process improvement, tools, coding standards, design reviews, coaching and compliance monitoring

通过研发改进、使用工具、设计评审、编码及编译检测环节保证固件质量

• Provide progressive firmware implementation effort estimates and risk assessments

提供渐进的固件实施评估和风险评估策略

• Write project firmware design specifications and contribute to system level designs

编写项目固件设计规范并对系统设计提出建议

• Participate in project plan definition and meet schedule commitments

参与项目计划制定并满足项目进度要求

• Coordinate with the hardware, software and application and test teams

配合硬件、软件、应用及测试团队的工作

• Identify opportunities for product quality, performance and feature enhancements

确认对产品质量、性能和功能的改进

Qualifications Required-岗位要求

• 5 years of embedded firmware development experience preferred

5年嵌入式固件开发的经验优先

• Experience producing commercial-quality firmware for critical applications

具开发商业性固件关键应用的经验

• Experience with system design and multi-processor, realtime, multi-tasking systems,

具系统设计即多重处理器、实时、多重任务系统的设计经验，

• Effective written and oral communication skills

良好的口头和书面沟通能力

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, business focused environment

能适应变化，以业务发展为导向

• Good command of English incl. speaking, reading, writing and listening.

Desired-期望

• Understanding of power systems and Protective Relay design

• Experience developing communication and SCADA protocols

• Good understanding of hardware and driver level firmware

• Hands on experience with oscilloscope, ICE, logic analyser and lab equipment

具示波器、ICE、逻辑分析仪和实验室设备的实际操作经验

• Experience embedded system programming PowerPC, ARM, DSP, Vxworks, Linux, ucos

具PowerPC, ARM,DSP,Vxworks, Linux, ucos等嵌入式系统编程经验

• Familiarity with PC software development

精通PC软件开发

• Experience with firmware quality assurance and test strategies

有固件质量保证和测试方面的经验

• Familiarity with C/C++ language
